Chaimae Bentaleb

Event Director

Chaimae serves as the Event Director and coordinator of EMC Youth. Currently a 4th-year engineering student in AI and Data Science, she brings significant experience in designing and managing high-impact events in collaboration with national and international institutions. With a strong background in panel moderation and youth engagement, she ensures that every aspect of the conference is thoughtfully structured, smoothly executed, and true to the values of EMC Youth.

Lina El Khaiter

Lina El Khaiter

Vice-Event Director and Communication Manager

Lina is the Vice-Event Director and Communication Manager of EMC Youth. A 3rd-year engineering student in Energy Systems and Environment, she has extensive experience co-organizing events alongside Chaimae since 2020. Lina oversees communications, media, and outreach, ensuring delegates, schools, and partners are always informed and engaged.

Program Director

Abir serves as Program Director of EMC Youth. A 2nd-year medical student, she joined the team recently and has already distinguished herself through her dedication and proactive approach. She has participated in conferences from a young age, progressing from delegate to award winner, then to chair, and now to organizer. Abir manages the design of committees, schedules, and educational content, ensuring that all debates are rigorous, meaningful, and fully aligned with EMC Youth's mission.

Mohamed Amine Makhlouk

Mohamed Amine Makhlouk

Head of Chairs

Mohamed Amine serves as Head of Chairs, supporting the Event and Program Directors by overseeing all chairs and ensuring committees run smoothly. A student at SHBM-UM6P, he brings extensive experience in Model United Nations, having participated in various conferences in roles ranging from staff member to organizer. Mohamed Amine coordinates chairs, provides guidance during debates, and ensures that all sessions maintain high standards of procedure and engagement. His expertise helps create a seamless and productive experience for delegates and chairs alike.

Yahya El Hama

Yahya El Hama

Head of Staff

Yahya serves as Head of Staff, overseeing staff operations and coordinating volunteers. A 4th-year engineering student in Cybersecurity, he brings exceptional organization, analytical skills, and rapid critical thinking. Yahya ensures the smooth execution of the event and provides essential support to both the directors and the staff team.

Head of Press and Media Team

Aliae leads the Press and Media team. A 1st-year baccalaureate student and former parliamentary child, she manages all visual documentation and media content for the event, including photos, videos, and social media coverage. She and her team ensure that every moment of the conference is captured, creatively presented, and shared effectively with delegates, partners, and the public. Their work amplifies the event's reach and impact while keeping the experience engaging and memorable.

Mohamed El Hasnaoui

Mohamed El Hasnaoui

Head of Logistics & Support Staff

Mohamed is the Head of Logistics & Support Staff and the website developer for EMC Youth MUN. A 4th-year engineering student specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, he is calm, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Mohamed oversees logistics, registrations, venue coordination, and technical preparation, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
