EMC Youth Model United Nations 2026

Dear Delegates,

It is our absolute pleasure welcoming you to the first edition of EMC Youth MUN 2026, an enriching experience where diplomacy meets the digital world allowing us to dive into aspects of this intersection in various fields through 6 committees. This conference will be taking place from 02 April 2026 to 04 April 2026 at ICESCO Headquarters in Rabat, Morocco.

We are Chaimae Bentaleb, Lina EL Khaiter, and Abir Mouhtamid, the Event and Program Directors of this year's edition. As members of EMC Youth, a collective of young volunteers committed to promoting human values in the digital space, we are thrilled to bring together the next generation of Moroccan leaders for an inspiring and engaging experience.

EMC Youth, guided by the Moroccan Center for Polytechnic Research and Innovation (CMRPI), has been active since 2022 in advocating for safe and responsible digital spaces for children and youth. Our mission is to promote good online practices, digital citizenship, and mutual respect, while actively combating cyberviolence and cyberbullying. Through social media initiatives and outreach across Morocco, we listen to, guide, and inspire young people where they are.

The EMC Youth MUN 2026 aims to take this mission further. This event will not only provide a platform for delegates to debate, negotiate, and co-create solutions on strategic issues through their resolution papers , but also to develop critical thinking, leadership skills, and civic engagement.

Each committee session is meticulously designed to challenge our delegates while providing a space for collaboration, creativity, and meaningful dialogue, to ensure that each award will be hardly earned.

Beyond the committees, this event is about connecting with peers, sharing experiences, and building lifelong memories. Our goal is to empower young people to engage with the digital world thoughtfully, responsibly, and positively by bringing their innovative diplomatic skills, vision and creativity to the table.
